Christmassy products featuring Pelsall appear to be selling well.
A few hand painted baubles (like the one shown here) are still available in Kind Thoughts at a cost of £6.95, while Pelsall Christmas cards can still be bought in the village Co-op store.
For history lovers, Balloons is selling a book on the history of Pelsall, mainly picture-based, for £10. ‘Pelsall Times Past & Present’ by Annita Bates contains photos from ‘Pelsall Times’ mag – but there are only five left in Balloons. However, there are a couple of copies available at the Local History Centre in Essex Street, Walsall. If planning to go the LHC to get one, phone first on 01922 721305 to make sure they still have them in stock.
Are there are any other Pelsall Christmas items for sale? I’m sure St Michael’s Church was selling a calendar but might be wrong!
Let Common People know if you spot more Pelsall products.
the book is fantastic read and worth keeping. Great stocking fillers too. The baubles are lovely gifts and are handpainted. All going quick. Also the cards are a lovely thought to send to family and friends and are nice to frame afterwards. We are lucky to be able to get lovely gifts representing our village community. X
I want to get the book, but may not get there before they run out!
