The Riddings Garage on Wolverhampton Road could be demolished and turned into a residential development.
Plans have been submitted by architects Geoff Perry Associates Ltd on behalf of developers Dunedin Homes to Walsall Council for 14 family homes of two, three and four bedrooms.
