Visitors flock to Pelsall Canal Festival

There may have been a few short, sharp showers but hundreds of people flocked to the first day of Pelsall Canal Festival today (Saturday, June 15).

The bi-annual event, organised by the British Canal Navigation Society, features a variety of brightly coloured boats, a real ale bar, boat trips, canoes, model boats, and lots of food, craft and charity stalls.

    A real shame that was back in Pelsall for 10 days and left on the 14th. Looks like a good event.
